I would strongly recommend Moss Motors (Congleton) as the service I receive

I purchased a Blue T2 Volvo from Moss Motors ( Albert) and it was an excellent experience. I was travelling down from London and due to traffic on the motorway Albert kept his dealership open even though it was way past closing time. I even had a test drive and at no point did I feel rushed as they were all polite and courteous throughout.

I would strongly recommend Moss Motors (Congleton) as the service I received was at a high level with excellence and professionalism.

I was offered a really fair price, they listened to what I was looking for price wise and made a good offer, which was on point with similar offers online - but much easier to deal with being a local company. If I was in a position to sell again, I would definitely see what they would offer. Great service all round.

Having worked for over 23 years in the motor trade myself, there's few people I trust when it comes to buying my own car. This purchase was particularly tricky; in so much as I needed a specific car and couldn't really bend from the criteria I'd set. In addition, the particular model I wanted is a: hard to find and b: getting very expensive in the used car market. Albert took on board everything I told him around my budget and specification requirements and worked tirelessly to find me the perfect match. The car was beautifully presented and the administration process was pain free and seamless too. I'm certain that most dealers would not have been able to pull off what he did - in finding exactly what I needed - but Albert has a lot of contacts and sources to pull stock from and that makes a huge difference. I have just driven away from Moss Motors, a small, well-established dealership, in my very first (rather large!) van. I cannot praise Moss Motors, and owner Albert, enough.

As a first-time female van buyer with little prior knowledge of vans, I was a bit nervous about being taken advantage of, but I needn't have worried; I was instantly put at ease. Albert is knowledgeable, trustworthy and a genuinely friendly person; for my peace of mind, he arranged for a new MOT to be put on the vehicle, at no extra cost to me, and ensured that when I drove off the forecourt there would be nothing at all for me to do except drive happily away. Which I did!
